The mission of the Central States Hispanic Student Leadership Conference (CSHSLC) is to promote education, train a broad cross-section of present and future Latino leaders and to create a servant leadership community that values diversity, community, cultural pride, and empowerment. The CSHSLC provides opportunities for advanced leadership skills development and promotes unity among Latino student leaders attending colleges and universities in the central states United States.
