All participants who are eligible (U.S. citizens of voting age) must be registered to vote.
All information requested on the Conference Registration Form must be complete.
Students must be taking 12 or more credit hours and provide a valid student i.d. number to qualify for "Student Rates".
Payment must be received by the applicable deadline. If early registration fees are not received prior to the applicable deadline, the fee will increase according to the registration pricing schedule.
Purchase Orders must be signed by AUTHORIZED OFFICIALS of agencies, universities, and organizations to be accepted and must be received before the applicable deadlineand paid prior to the conference.
Qualified groups must provide the name, email address, complete mailing address, and telephone number(s) for each group member when they pre-register.All information must be received prior to February 13, 2013. After February 13, substitutions may be made only at the conference.
A photo I.D. is required for all participants at on-site registration.
* Pre-paid registrations will be fully refunded if cancelled prior to February 11, 2013, and refunded 50% if cancelled on or after February 11, 2013.
