Leadership Programs
Training is a crucial element in preparing the next generation of Latino leaders and USHLI leads the nation in the field of leadership development. USHLI offers two programs for high school students as well as programs for college students and administrators, community leaders and local public officials, public policy studies, and candidate training and campaign management. There is little or no monetary cost for our programs. Each program is set-up and run at the direction of local members of the community that requests a specific program. Committed to providing an inclusive and well-rounded training system, USHLI focuses its training curricula on the following seven (7) programs (click below):
