OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc. which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

LICENSEE: United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc. 431 S Dearborn Suite 1203, Chicago, IL 60605.

NET PROCEEDS: All net proceeds of the Raffle will benefit United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc. a 501(c)(3) public charity and the programs. United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc. is dedicated to promoting Latino educational attainment, leadership development, civic engagement and non-partisan voter registration.

PRIZE (ONE WINNER): Winner will receive a 2012 Buick Verano vehicle, donated by General Motors Company ("Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $23,480.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: While available, Raffle tickets may be purchased only by Legal U.S. residents that are 18 years or older in accordance with these Official Rules. Raffle tickets may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. The Raffle tickets will be sold at the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., 431 S Dearborn Street, Suite 1203, Chicago, Illinois, and at other locations that may be determined by United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., in its sole discretion. This Raffle is void wherever prohibited by law.

PURCHASING RAFFLE TICKETS: The price of each raffle ticket is $100 No discounts or complimentary tickets will be given. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase from February 16th through July 15th, 2012 by eligible persons (see "ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER" above) Official Rules are available at points of sale within the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., and at various locations in Chicago at which the vehicle shall be displayed, and should be read before ticket purchase. They will also be posted on www.ushli.org.

RAFFLE TICKETS ARE NONDEDUCTIBLE: No portion of the Raffle ticket price may be deducted as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.

NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: There is no minimum and no maximum number of $100 tickets that must be sold.

ODDS: The odds of winning the Prize depends on the number of valid tickets sold.

TRANSFER OF RAFFLE ENTRIES: Persons who purchase Raffle tickets may opt to give away their raffle tickets, but in doing so they give up any claim they might otherwise have to the Prize if they give away a winning Raffle ticket. The Raffle is being conducted pursuant to a raffle license issued to United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., by the City of Chicago. Purchasers of Raffle tickets may not resell their Raffle tickets to other parties, and may not knowingly give such Raffle tickets away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell such Raffle tickets. All Raffle tickets which have been resold in violation of these Official Rules shall be void. All individuals who re-sell Raffle tickets in violation of these Official Rules shall be ineligible to participate in the Raffle or to win the Prize.

DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from eligible Entries received (the "Drawing"). The Drawing will be conducted on July 18, 2012. If for any reason whatsoever the Drawing cannot be held at that time, it will be held within a reasonable time thereafter. The winning ticket number will be announced at the 2012 Annual Dinner at the Hyatt Hotel on August 16, 2012. The winning ticket number will also be posted on www.ushli.org within 24 hours of the drawing and will remain posted on the website for 30 calendar days. As provided below under "NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS," the owner of the winning Raffle ticket ("Potential Winner") has 30 calendar days from the date of the Drawing to claim the Prize. Purchaser forfeits the Prize if he or she does not present the winning ticket as directed within 30 calendar days.

NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: Potential Winner will be notified via the contact information supplied on the Raffle ticket.

DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., shall have the sole discretion to determine whether a Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an "Official Winner"). United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc.'s decision concerning the identity of the Official Winner shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc.; (2) that Potential Winner's winning entry must be inspected and verified in person by the deadline specified above; (3) that Potential Winner must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility before the Prize is awarded; and (4) that Potential Winner must provide all tax identification information required by federal, state or local law and, where applicable, provide payment for any required withholding taxes due prior to that Potential Winner's receipt of the Prize. If for any reason whatsoever all of the foregoing requirements are not satisfied with respect to a particular Potential Winner, or if United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., is unable for any reason to identify the holder of a winning Raffle Ticket or to contact a Potential Winner, then that Potential Winner's Prize will be deemed forfeited and, the Prize will be awarded by United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., in a manner selected in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall use the following rules to determine the identity of any Potential Winner and of the Official Winner of each Prize: Sponsor shall conclusively presume that the person who is in possession of that Raffle ticket is the lawful owner of that Raffle ticket and that ticket's winning number, and Sponsor, shall not make, nor have any duty to make, any inquiry whatsoever into the circumstances under which that person came into possession of such winning Raffle ticket. In the unlikely event that an error or problem in the administration of the Raffle results in two (2) or more Raffle ticket purchasers holding winning Raffle tickets that contain identical ticket numbers, then the person who has record of the earliest ticket purchase shall be deemed to hold the winning Entry.

AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): The Prize delivery process will begin at the Hyatt Hotel on August 16th, 2012. Official Winner must pay any applicable freight, license, registration and delivery charges for the Prize.

TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES: All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to title, registration, insurance or other fees are the sole responsibility of the Official winner. The fair market value of the prize will be reportable as taxable income to the winner and a 28% of the taxable raffle prize will be required as income tax deposit to be made by the raffle winner prior to the taking possession of the raffle prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under "RELEASE OF LIABILITY") are not responsible for: (1) Entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser's possession, (2) Entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) Entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), "Errors"), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining the Official Winner, or announcing or delivering the Prize; or if any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., sole judgment, by non-authorized activity or other causes which, in United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of Entries (collectively, a "Compromising Event"), then United States Hispanic Leadership Institute Inc., reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc. United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of Official Winner.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that the following persons and entities will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage or property loss, or other harm resulting from, whether in whole or in party or directly or indirectly, participation in this Raffle or the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Entry or Prize, rules and their application thereof, all means of ticket sales, Raffle process, and/or winning ticket selection:

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts-NA Operations, General Motors Company, Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, Marketing Resources Incorporated, United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., an Illinois non-profit corporation and each of their respective directors, officers, owners, shareholders, subsidiaries, members, partners, agents, representatives, employees, successors, parents, heirs, executors, administrators and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties")

PUBLICITY RELEASE: The Official Winner, by accepting his or her Prize, grants United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., and United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, Inc., designees and affiliates, full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use that Official Winner's name, address (city and state only), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity.

TRADEMARKS: All trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and may not be used except with express written consent of the trademark owners.

GOVERNING LAW; SEVERABILITY: The Raffle and these Official Rules shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Official Rules, or their application to a particular persons or circumstances, is invalid or unenforceable to any extent, then the remainder of these Official Rules, and the application of all of these Official Rules to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected by that determination, and shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
