USHLI held its annual dinner at the National Museum of Mexican Art on August 14, 2025, in Chicago. Wells Fargo, represented by Ruben Barrales, Senior Vice President for External Relations, Government Relations and Public Policy and colleagues from Wells Fargo, served as the celebration’s Dinner Chair.
Our featured speaker was Juan Salgado, Chancellor of City Colleges of Chicago. Tsi tsi ki Felix, television personality, author, and public speaker served as the event’s emcee.
The celebration, which attracted 25 sponsors including corporations lead by T-mobile, media, 11 colleges and universities, as well as four community organizations led by Humboldt Park Health, and the United Food and Commercial Workers union, was sold-out and a complete success. The USHLI team is very grateful to all of our sponsors and to everyone who attended. Thanks to everyone!
