2027 National Conference

For 45 years, the USHLI National Conference has inspired generations of students, young professionals, and emerging leaders to dream boldly, lead with purpose, and serve their communities with excellence. This milestone gathering celebrates USHLI’s enduring legacy of empowerment, achievement, and impact while honoring the servant leadership that has shaped generations and continues to inspire the leaders of tomorrow. Our diverse community brings together individuals from every ethnic and racial background who share a commitment to learning, leadership, and service.

Throughout the conference, participants will connect with distinguished academic and employment recruiters, influential public policymakers, expert presenters, and nationally recognized speakers who challenge, motivate, and inspire. Attendees will discover opportunities, build meaningful connections, gain valuable insights, and strengthen the skills and confidence needed to lead and serve in an ever-changing world.

More than an annual gathering, the USHLI National Conference is a transformative experience where lifelong connections are formed, opportunities are discovered, and future leaders are empowered to embrace their purpose. Together, we honor our shared heritage, celebrate 45 years of leadership and service, and invest in the next generation of servant leaders who will shape our communities and our nation.
